FRG handles thousands of calls per month concerning routine, emergency and other work order requests. We
efficiently dispatch technicians and manage preventive maintenance programs, as well as remotely monitor
customers’ equipment performance. For many years, FRG has utilized a web-based service dispatch system that
enables our technicians to receive and process their work orders on mobile devices. This process allows us to
maintain a continually growing centralized database of service calls, equipment history, work order management,
and other data. This information enables us to work with clients to better plan their capital budgets, make
repair/replace decisions, pinpoint specific areas for improving operations, and achieve the highest level of
