James C. Faber - VP Development, Co-founder/Owner

Jim is responsible for FRG client development and sales management. His extensive facilities and contracting background and relationships are the foundation for nearly all the services and expertise FRG has developed.

As a veteran with over 30 years in the contracting and facilities trades, Jim began his career as a field electrician for a commercial contractor learning the trade. After eight years in the field, Jim spent the next eight years as a high-performing sales representative for Hubbell Wiring Devices and Fitzpatrick Electric. Prior to founding FRG, Jim spent ten years managing key accounts including Meijer, Steelcase and Spartan Stores for Grainger Industrial Supply where he was responsible for consulting and sales management of facilities maintenance, repair and operation supplies. Jim's MRO expertise allows him to help our clients understand the "total cost" of their facilities so that they can realize improved results that translate to the bottom line.

Jim maintains a State of Michigan Master and Electrical Contractor Licenses and enjoys time golfing and has been a licensed pilot since 1980.
