John N. Weeber - President, Co-founder/Owner

John is one of the driving forces behind the growth and operational excellence of FRG’s facilities services business. He has also played a vital role in FRG’s rise to its present position as an industry leader.

With 5 years in manufacturing and more than 10 years of experience in the facilities industry, John began building his expertise as a manager when he joined a small precision parts manufacturer where he held sales, marketing and operations positions and grew the business by over 300% in less than four years. In addition, John spent time in marketing positions with General Motors and Haworth, a multi-billion dollar furniture manufacturer. John also gained valuable facilities industry experience while working for SMG, one of the nation’s leading facilities management companies. In 1997, John joined facilities MRO giant Grainger Industrial Supply, where he met FRG co-founder James Faber. Experience like this has given him the extensive skills and expertise needed to lead, guide and direct FRG operations, finance, and engineering.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Hope College, as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Michigan State University. John enjoys spending time with his wife and four young children, is actively involved in sports and serves in a leadership role for various non-profit organizations.
