Steven J. Miedema - Director of Operations
Steve Miedema is responsible for the field operations of FRG. Steve oversees or manages facilities services,
installations, project management and all related supporting services.
For over 20 years, Steve has been in the mechanical contracting business working with clients as a service
and installation provider of high quality mechanical systems. Prior to FRG, Steve was the President of a $32m
mechanical services contractor. Steve has worked closely with employees developing team building, quality
workmanship and productivity skills. His experience in mechanical contracting includes installation, project
management, executive management, as well as company and industry board positions. Steve’s experience with
resource management, budgeting, and strategic planning provide the leadership needed to deliver a profitable
results to clients within demanding timelines.
Steve’s education includes Construction Management at Ferris State University as well as extensive course
work in Human Resource Management, Business Communication, and Accounting. Steve enjoys hunting and working
on his recreational vehicles.
